In this batch of 98 matters as reflected from the previous order passed on 4.9.2013, the duly represented respondents are yet to file their counter affidavits on

record and similarly some of the respondents are yet to be served while in some the respondents are reported to be duly served but none appeared on their behalf.

On behalf of the duly represented respondents, a grievance has been advanced that complete set of pleadings has not be served on them because of which they have not been in a position to file counter affidavit on record (final chance granted to them on the last date). In the interest of justice, the ld. Counsel for the petitioner to serve complete set of pleadings on the ld. Counsels for the respondents in a weeks' time and necessary proof be filed on record and thereafter counter affidavit be filed within four weeks (granted as final chance).

In SLP(C) No. 21198/2012, the ld. counsel for the petitioner has undertaken to furnish the fresh complete address of respondent No.1 in two weeks' time. On compliance, notice be issued forthwith through the concerned District Court in addition to postal service.

In SLP(C) No. 21583/2012, IA Nos. 5 and 6 are to be listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary orders/directions.

In SLP(C) No. 21572 and 21625-28 of 2012, the ld. Counsel for the petitioner has undertaken to serve the notice through substituted service by way of publication. Necessary steps be taken in two weeks' time and on compliance registry to process the application for being placed before the ld. Registrar in office for necessary orders/directions.
