The matters above-mentioned were listed before Ld. Registrar's Court on 30th July, 2013, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

''Issue notice returnable in four weeks, subject to the deposit of costs imposed by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi, within two weeks from today. List after six weeks.''

Accordingly show cause notice was issued to sole respondent in all SLPs through registered A.D. post.

It is submitted that Mr. Ashok H. Desai, Advocate High Court Mumbai, has sent a letter alongwith vakalatnama and memo of appearance and documents on behalf of all the respondents stating that the respondent cannot appear before the Supreme Court due to pancity of funds.

It is further submitted that as per order of Ld. Registrar dated 25th April, 2013 a letter has been issued to Supreme Court Legal Services Committee to consider whether legal aid can be given. In the meantime Ms. Abha R. Sharma, Advocate has on 10th September, 2013 filed an application for withdrawal of SLP with affidavit, which is registered as I.A. Nos. 1 to 20 (copy of I.A. is included in the paper books)

Lastly matter was listed before Ld. Registrar Court on 11th September, 2013 when the following order was passed:

"Ld. counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties and an application to withdraw the SLP has already been filed.

List the matter before the HOn'ble Judge in Chambers for consideration."

The application above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers with this office report.
