UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

SLP(C) Nos.21189,21544,21556.21610,21588 and 21560/2012 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the necessary compliance of paying the process fee and Item No.85 -2-

spare copies have already been done besides dasti service of notice which is awaited. It has been submitted at Bar that due to oversight the process fee in the copies have been deposited in the wrong Section, instead of Section IVB, for which necessary steps would be taken by him. Compliance be made accordingly. Remaining matters

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to the order passed by the Court on 2.7.2012, notices in normal course besides dasti were issued to the respondents. The reports are still awaited, for which four weeks' time is sought for placing the correct status before the Court. Time is granted, as prayed for. In the meanwhile, the served respondents to file their counter affidavit on record.

List again on 7.1.2013.
