UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
- 1 Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that Special Duty Allowance and Special Compensatory Allowance are being paid to the Judges.
- 2 The remaining issue pertains to Additional Monetary Allowance. Ms Madhavi Divan, Additional Solicitor General submits that a short affidavit shall be filed on this aspect within a period of three weeks.
