"Permission to file SLP granted. Issue notice. Ms. T.Anamika, Mr. Vikas Singh Jangra, Mr. Rakesh K. Sharma, Mrs. S. Yamunah Nachiar and Mr. S. Mahendran, learned counsel accept notice on behalf of the respondents. In the meanwhile, there shall be stay of the operation of the impugned judgment to the extent the fresh Pay Grievance Redressal Committee is directed to be set up.

Pleadings be completed within eight weeks."
