The matters above mentioned have been filed on 29th March, 2014 against the common Impugned Final Judgment and Order dated 27th February, 2014 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Madras in Writ Appeal Nos. 504 of 2012 etc., Writ Petition Nos. 13580 of 2011 etc. etc. and Writ Petition (MD) Nos. 14113 to 14124 of 2013. Counsel has re-filed the petition which is barred by time by 99 days and the Counsel has also filed application for condonation of delay in refiling the Special Leave Petition and the same has been condoned vide this Hon'ble Court's order dated 8th December, 2014.

It is submitted that Mr. B. Balaji, Advocate has on 19th August, 2014 filed a letter stating therein that the petitioner has already placed the similar order dated 8th March, 2012 on record, the orders dated 13th March, 2012 and 14th March, 2012 are not necessary to decide the question of law in the present case and copy of the same is circulated herewith.

The matters alongwith applications in the matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
