Application for deletion of proforma respondent Nos. 3 to 16 from the array of parties is allowed at the risk of the petitioners.

In view of the deletion of proforma respondent Nos. 3 to 16, filing of spare copies to be served on them is dispensed with.

It is brought to my notice that the erstwhile Advocate-on-Record for the petitioner has been appointed as an Additional District Judge in the State of Bihar for which Mr.Hitendra Nath Rath, Advocate who is appearing today on behalf of the petitioner. He is granted four weeks' time to file vakalatnama, as prayed.
