"The Ld. Advocate, Ms. Sangitaa Singh, appearing on behalf of Ms. S. Yamunah Nachiar, Advocate-on-Record has stated that vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of the respondents in SLP(C) No.35679/2014 and 35838/2014 has been filed.

Spare copies have not been filed by the petitioner to issue notice on the unserved respondents. The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has requested for filing an application praying for service through substituted mode in respect of the unserved respondents in the remaining matters. Be filed accordingly.

List again on 1.5.2015."

It is submitted that formal order as well as show cause notice could not be issued to the respondents as counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copies so far.

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, show cause notice could not be issued to the respondents as counsel for the petitioner has not sufficient spare copies so far.
