The matter above mentioned has been filed on 24th December, 2014 against the final judgment and order dated 27th February, 2014 passed by the Division Bench of the High Court of Judicature at Madras in Writ Appeal No. 1733 of 2012, which is barred by time by 210 days and the same was defective. After curing the defects, the Counsel has re-filed the Petition which is also barred by time by 34 days and Counsel for the Petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in re-filing the Special Leave Petition.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 2208 of 2015 arising out of Special Leave Petition(C)CC...No. 12355 of 2014 entitled "TamilNadu Rural development Engineers And Assistant Engineers Association Versus Government of TamilNadu & Ors." @ common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16th January, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to issue of notice. Copy of the Record of proceedings dated 16th January, 2015 is circulated herewith.
