UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
We have heard learned counsel for the parties.
We find that the Petition should be disposed of with the clarification that the currency of the contract having expired by afflux of time, since no contract is presently in existence, the Petitioners are not bound to make any supply of coal unless a new contract is executed or there is some reason which obligates the Petitioner to make coal supply.
Special Leave Petition is disposed of with these observations.
