"Issue notice.

In the meantime, there shall be stay of the direction issued by the learned Single Judge to deposite 50% of the Urban Development Tax component and also stay of further coercive steps pursuant to the demand notices issued by the Municipal Corporation, Jaipur."

Accordingly notice was issued to all the four respondents through registered post. Ms. Ruchi Kohli, Advocate has on 1st June, 2016 filed vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of all the four respondent but she has not filed counter affidavit so far.
