UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

In this matter in all there are 48 respondents. Service status is shown in the tabular chart, perusal of which indicates that all the respondent States (different States)have been duly represented and in fact counter affidavit on behalf of the State of Rajasthan and Manipur has been filed on record by the ld. Counsels, Ms Pragati Neekhra and Mr Ashok Kumar Singh.

So far as remaining States are concerned, four weeks' time is granted for filing counter affidavit. Complete set of pleadings be served on the ld. Counsels and necessary proof be filed in a weeks time and thereafter four weeks' time would start.

Office report further indicates that some of the respondent Nos. 4,11,12,14,15,18,22 to 24,33 to 35 and 37 have been duly served by post but none appeared on their behalf.

Notices be re issued to unserved respondent Nos. 1 to 3, 5 to 7, 13,20,27 and 36 through the concerned District Court in addition to postal service.

List again on 20.11.2013.
