UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R
Delay condoned.
Issue notice, returnable on 30.07.2024.
Respondent No.4 has entered caveat. Hence, there is no need to issue notice to respondent No.4. Notice be issued to the remaining respondents.
Having heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner as also learned counsel for the caveator/respondent No.4, at this stage, we direct that the impugned judgment/order, to the extent of Para 3(i), whereby the petitioner was directed to furnish a Bank Guarantee of a nationalized bank in the sum of Rs.21 Crores to the satisfaction of the trial court within a period of two months, shall remain stayed until further order by this Court.
