Respondent Nos. 45, 49, 75, 116, 156, 222, 228, 236 & 223 have refused to accept notice, hence, service is deemed to be complete on the said respondents through refusal but none has entered appearance.

Hence, service is deemed to be complete on the said respondents in light of Judgment passed by this Hon'ble Court in K. Bhaskaran Vs.
