We are satisfied with the grievance expressed by the petitioner and we accept the same. Therefore, Misc. Civil Application (RJE) No.69 of 2010 titled as Shripad Vs. Lalitha pending in the Court of District Judge-I, Nanded Maharashtra is ordered to be transferred to the Court of District/Family Judge, Bangalore. The District Judge is directed either to decide himself or assign it to a competent Court having jurisdiction.
The transfer petition is accordingly allowed.
After transfer of the petition, the transferee Court is directed to take all endeavour either for amicable settlement or for early decision in the main matter without unnecessary adjournments.
