UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Issue notice upon the unserved respondent.

Dasti service is allowed, as prayed for, which is permitted to be served through the concerned Trial Court to which stay order is forwarded with the specific direction to serve the notice upon the unserved respondent, (who is the petitioner before that Court in pending litigation) either through the learned Advocate appearing for such litigant or even by affixing the same at the address disclosed before that Court in the petition filed by the present respondent, since he could not be served by regular notice. If respondent is not found at the registered address and failed to disclose Item No.123 -2-

the correct address, in the matter which is pending before that Court, then that Court shall take appropriate steps, as per Code of Civil Procedure.

Photocopy of the registered envelope returned back be forwarded with such notice to the Trial Court for taking appropriate action, if petitioner before that court has failed to disclose proper address.

Process fee and spare copies are to be paid on or

before 30.7.2011.

If not paid before 30.7.2011, list before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for non-prosecution.

If paid, issue notice as per above order. List again on 30.9.2011.
