It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 18.03.2015 of the High Court of Gauhati at Guwahati in Writ Petition (C) No. 6192 of 2011.

It is further submitted that Civil Appeal Nos. 2154-2167/2011 (main matter being C.A. No. 2153/2011) arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 28.02.2011 alongwith connected matters, when the Court was pleased to allow the same. Copy of judgment dated 28.02.2011 has been placed as Annexure P-5 at Page Nos. 659-670 in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that Civil Appeal No. 1018/2014 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 23.01.2014, when the Court was pleased to dispose of the same. Copy of order dated 23.01.2014 has been placed as Annexure P-12 at Page Nos. 722-730 in SLP paper books.

The matter alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
