UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R C.A. Nos.6264,8995,8996, 8997, 8998,8999,9000,9003,9006,9017, 9019, 9020 and 9023/2014 The learned counsel for the appellants and the appearing respondents have failed to file the statement of case within the period provided in the order dated 26.11.2015 of this Court. Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court on its own turn. C.A. Nos. 6266 and 9210/2014 The office report indicates that although by order dated 26.11.2015 of this Court four weeks time as last chance was given to the Learned Counsel for the appellants to comply with the terms of the order dated 1.9.2015, yet he has not done the needful within the period stipulated in the order. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders. List thereafter. Item No.120 4 C.A. Nos. 9002 and 9238/2014 The office report states that the learned counsel for the appellant has filed an application for substitution in respect of the deceased sole respondent in C.A. No. 9002/2014 and in respect of deceased respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in C.A. No. 9238/2014. The said application(s) shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders. List thereafter. C.A. Nos. 9004 and 9008/2014 Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the appellants to comply with the terms of the order dated 26.11.2015 of this Court in respect of the unserved respondents. C.A. No. 9213/2014 The learned counsel for the appellants shall file the statement of case within a period of 45 days. Service of notice is complete on the respondent but no one has entered appearance on his behalf. C.A. Nos. 9001,9007 and 9022/2014 Await certificate of service from the concerned High Court in respect of the unserved respondents. C.A. Nos. 9018 and 9241/2014 As per certificate of service received from the High Court sole respondent (Commonn in both the matters) ⬠S is lying in an unconscious state due to stroke⬠\235. Hence, learned counsel for the appellants shall within a period of four weeks take steps for the service of NLPA and the High Court shall serve the NLPA as per rules prescribed in this regard and furnish the certificate of service.
