The learned counsel for the appellants shall file the statement of case within a period of 45 days and the learned counsel for the appearing respondents shall file the same within a period of 35 days thereafter.

Ld.Counsel for the appellants shall within a period of four weeks file the Interlocutory Application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of both the respondents in C.A. No. 9238/2014 and the sole respondent in all the other matters. Item No.80 4

The office report indicates that the learned counsel for the appellant has filed an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of the deceased sole respondent which is defective. The learned counsel shall within a period of four weeks rectify the defects whatever have been found in the said application.
