I.A. No. 56172/2017 has been filed for effecting service in C.A. No. 9018/2014 and CA No.9241/2014 through representative of the sole respondent, who is stated to be lying in an unconscious state due to paralysis.

Service is sought to be effected through her daughter.

Let notice be issued to the daughter of the respondent.

It is not understood as to how the State Government is unable to obtain the copy of the death certificate of respondent Nos. 1 and 2.
