No. 3 There is a delay of 113 days in filing the application for restoration. It appears that the present Civil appeal was listed with Civil Appeal No.6258 of 2014 before the Honble Judge in Chambers on 14.10.2015 when certain directions were issued for compliance within two weeks. It is stated that the learned counsel for the appellants has taken necessary steps but there was a 2 delay of 2 days in other connected appeals which came to be dismissed as a result, for non compliance.
