UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 7 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.

Respondent Nos. 8 and 9 have already filed the counter affidavit.

Service of notice is complete on respondent Nos. 11 to 15 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

As per office report, Ld. Counsel for Petitioner has failed to file fresh particulars and to take fresh steps to effect service on respondent No.10, though last chance was granted.

At this stage, it is submitted by Ld. Counsel for petitioner that application for substituted service has already been filed in respect of Respondent No.10. Registry to verify. If so, notice be issued.

In case of default whereof, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions.
