UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
This is an application seeking exemption from surrender in a matter in which, the petitioners have been convicted under Sections 323, 354 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced for a period six months.
It is further stated that the parties have entered into a compromise, for which, compromise petition is ready and is duly supported by an Affidavit, which is due to be filed shortly.
The Compromise Petition be filed within a period of two weeks and in case, the Compromise Petition is filed, the matter be listed for admission without insisting for the proof of surrender.
The application is, accordingly, allowed.
