The Civil Appeal No. 10759 of 2013 along with connected matters were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25.03.2015 when the Court was pleased to dismiss the Civil Appeal No. 10760 of 2013 along with certain directions. A copy of Record of Proceeding dated 25.03.2015 is included in the paper books.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are 25 respondents in the matter abovementioned. Respondent Nos. 1 to 21, 22, 23, 24 & 25 are represented through M/s. Amol Nirmalkumar Suryawanshi, Uday B. Dube, T Mahipal and Sachin Patil, Advocates respectively.

The Interlocutory Application No. 16 of 2016 (Application for directions) and the matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 01.09.2015 when the Court was pleased to issue notice along with certain directions. A copy of Record of Proceeding dated 01.09.2015 is already included in the paper books.

Accordingly notice on I.A Nos. 16 of 2015 was issued on 09.09.2015 to counsel for the appellants as well as counsel for the respondents. Mr. Nishant R. Katneshwarkar, Advocate has filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent (original appellants Nos. 1 to 3) State of Maharashtra and the same is being circulated herewith.

Counsel for the parties have not filed statement of case so far.

The Interlocutory Application No. 17 of 2016 (Application for impleadment) filed by Mr.Gopal Balwant Sathe, Advocate in the matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Judgeinchamber on 08.04.2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"The application for impleadment be taken up along with the main matter."

It is lastly submitted that Special Leave Petition(C)No.7685/2016 etc. were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 05.07.2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"The interlocutory applications filed for deletion of proforma respondents are allowed and the names of the proforma respondents are deleted from the array of parties at the risk of the petitioners.

List these matters along with Civil Appeal No.10759/2013 on a non miscellaneous day in the month of November, 2016."
