| In regard to interim prayer, learned counsel for<br>Mr. Sudhir G. Angur submits that he has not interfered<br>with petitioners 2 to 4 functioning as trustees alongwith |
him. He states that the meeting of the trust was not called as an interim order was earlier in effect from 14.3.2007. The learned counsel for petitioners denies the said statement. In view of the said assertion and denial, until further orders, it is clarified that petitioners 2 to 4 shall not be prevented from acting as trustees.
