UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that the petitioner had already been in jail for more than two years and the trial is still going on and also considering the nature of the charges, we find it a fit case for grant of bail.

Accordingly, we direct that the petitioner be enlarged on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Trial Court.

The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
