The Writ Petition alongwith application abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 22.07.2016 with office report dated 21.07.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Learned counsel for the nonapplicants/respondents state, that they have no objection if IA No.4 in Writ Petition (C) No. 711 of 2015, and IA No.3 in Writ Petition (C) No. 720 of 2015 are allowed.

Accordingly, IA No.4 in Writ Petition (C) No. 711 of 2015, and IA No.3 in Writ Petition (C) No. 720 of 2015 are allowed, in terms of the prayer made. Amended memo has already been filed.

Liberty is granted to the learned counsel for the respondents in Writ Petition (C) No.203/2016 to file their respective counter affidavit within four weeks. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter. Post for hearing after eight weeks, on

a day other than Monday and Friday."

It is submitted that there are 21 respondents, pursuant to above order, Mr.Apoorva Bhumesh, Advocate has on 7.10.2016 filed vakalatnama/appearance and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 1. Mr. Anil Kumar Sangal, Advocate has on 29.06.2016 filed vakalatnama/appearance and short reply on behalf of respondent No. 4. Mr. Balaji Srinivasan, Advocate has on 26.08.2016 filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 13. Ms. Mayuri Raghuvanshi, Advocate has on 23.08.2016 filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 14. Ms. Meera Mathur, Advocate has on 04.10.2016 filed counter affidavit on behalf

of respondent no. 15. Ms. Anuradha Mutatkar, Advocate has on 09.09.2016 filed reply affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 17, 18 and 19. (Copies of counter/reply affidavits included in the paper books as separate paper books). No counter affidavit has been filed by counsel for respondent Nos. 5, 8, 9 and 21 so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 2, 3, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 16 and 20 though served with notice. No Rejoinder affidavit has been filed so far.

Service of notice is complete.
