UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1 Mr Gaurav Sharma, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that though the admissions which were granted to the respondent – students were completely illegal, the High Court has imposed a paltry penalty of Rupees Five Lakhs and, in addition, a payment of Rupees Ten Lakhs to the Advocates' Welfare Fund. That apart, it is submitted that the students having completed the course, some stringent directions should be imposed in regard to the performance of rural service having regard to the nature of the admissions.
