$2.$ The challenge in the present petition is laid to $an$ interlocutory order dated 12.02.2025 passed by a Division Bench of the High Court for the State of Telangana. The order also reveals Signamenter is listed for hearing on 12.03.2025. We, thus, see $\frac{1000}{\text{Res}}$ reason to interfere with the impugned order.
That being so, the petitioner, if so advised, may join the 3.
