"From the perusal of the office report and record, it is revealed that on the basis of a wrong office report matters were directed to be listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions and Registry has shown regrets for the omission. The concerned Branch officer is directed to remain careful in future.

Fresh steps to be taken for service of the unserved respondents within two weeks. Notice thereafter be issued. List again on 17.11.2016."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps for effecting service on unserved Respondents in all the matters so far. Hence notice could not be issued in all the matters.

Service of notice is incomplete in all the matters.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
