Our attention is drawn to an order dated 12.5.2010 passed in SLP(C)....CC No. 7425 of 2010 (Now CA No. 4486 of 2010) titled Union of India & Ors. Versus UTV Software Communications Ltd., which is said to be a similar matter and listed with the present petitions. Since leave has been granted in the said case, leave is granted also in the present Special Leave Petitions. Printing dispensed with. All these appeals shall be heard together.

Hearing expedited in all the appeals. The appeals shall be heard on the SLP paper books.

In some of the matters, pleadings are to be completed. Counter affidavit in those cases may be filed within three weeks and rejoinder could be filed within three weeks thereafter.
