UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
IA NO.191963/2024 (CLARIFICATION/DIRECTION) IN C.A. NO. 8390/2011
The applicant-Sapphire Foods India Limited has filed on record a document showing that the applicant is no longer a member of the appellant-M/s. Retailers Association of India.
In view of what is stated in the Application, we allow the Application in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:
"(a) permit the Applicant to withdraw the Affidavit of Undertaking dated 31st October, 2011 and disassociate itself from the Appellant, RAI so far as the present Appeal is concerned;"
We, however, make it clear that in view of this order, the applicant will not be entitled to the benefit of interim or final order passed in the Civil Appeal.
