The matter above-mentioned has been filed by Mr. B.K. Prasad, Advocate, on behalf of the Petitioner against the final impugned Judgment and order dated 03rd June, 2016 passed by the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in W.P. (C) No. 2971 of 2011. There is delay of 46 and 59 days in filing and refiling the SLP respectively.
