In C.A.No.846/2012, the Ld. Advocate, Mr. Avinash Kumar has appeared for respondent No.5. Vakalatnama be filed within the stipulated time period. Registry to take the same on record.

In C.A. No.9022/2011, the Ld. Advocate, Mr. A.K. Kaul, appearing on behalf of Mr. B.K. Prasad, Advocate-on-Record has appeared for the respondent - Union of India. Vakalatnama be filed within the stipulated time period. Registry to take the same on record. Item No.106 -3-

In C.A. No.1360/2011, appellant as well as respondent Nos.1 and 2 have filed the statement of case.

In C.A. Nos.216, 300, 846, 2193, 3165, 3167, 3172, 3305, 3359/2012 and 9029/2011, none of parties has filed the

statement of case.

In C.A. Nos.1347, 1361 and 9022/2011, appellant has filed the statement of case but the respondents have failed to file the same.

In all the above-said matters, since it is no more a mandate after the amendment in the Supreme Court Rules, 2013 and in that circumstance, the List of dates already submitted is presumed to have been accepted by the parties.

All the appeals stand complete, in the given circumstances.
