With respect to respondent no.57 it is reported that he has expired. Appellant to take steps to substitute the legal representatives of the deceased.

Service of respondent nos. 5 to 8, 10 to 15, 19 to 40, 43 to 50,53,58,59,61 to 66, 68 is complete but none has entered appearance.

Respondent nos. 1 to 4 have already filed statement of case.

Service with respect to respondent Nos. 1 to 12, 17 to 24,28 to 43, 45,46,48 to 63, 65 to 67, 69 to 71, 76 to 87, 91,93 to 97, 100, 101, 103 to 107, 109 to 114, 118 to 133, 135, 136, 140, 143, 144,146,148 to 151, 155 to 160 and 162 is complete but none has entered appearance.

Appellant to furnish the fresh address of respondent nos. 13,14,16,27,72,90,138,142,154,47, 68, 44,102 also the better particulars of respondent nos. 25,26,117,147,161, 163 need to be furnished by the appellant.

Appropriate steps have to be taken by the appellant to effect service on respondent Nos. 115 and 117.
