Ld. counsel for the appellant submits that the Respondent No. 7 is the performa respondent but considering the fact that the respondent is still appearing in the cause title, ld. Counsel may prefer an appropriate application for deletion, if so advised, within two weeks.

In respect of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4. Ld. Counsel is at liberty to file the counter affidavit, if any, within two weeks.
