Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present applications and to file an appropriate application for recalling the order dated 13.08.2021 vide which, under a wrong impression the applicant/petitioner sought deletion of the names of Lrs. of deceased respondent Nos. 1 and 2 on the assumption that they were proforma respondents.
