UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

• 1 Despite the opportunities afforded, the petitioner has not taken steps for effecting service upon respondent Nos 1, 2 and 9 and for making alternative arrangement in respect of respondent No 3.
• 2 As prayed for, three weeks time is granted subject to do the needful, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed for non prosecution qua the above respondents without further reference to this Court. This shall be subject to payment of cost of Rs 5,000/- to be deposited with the Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister's Relief Fund. Registry to ensure that copy of this order is electronically transmitted to the office of Chief Secretary, Government of Himachal Pradesh. Proof of deposit be filed in the Registry within a period of three weeks.

3 In the event of steps being taken, notice be issued returnable in two weeks.
