Krishna Kumar, Advocate has on 23.08.2016 filed vakalat/appearance on behalf of respondent no. 7 but no counter affidavit has been filed, so far. Neither AD Cards nor unserved covers in respect of respondent nos. 16 has been received. Counsel for the petitioners has also not filed affidavit of dasti service in respect of all the Respondents, so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete.
