UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that by order dated 18.02.2022, the matters have been disposed of at the admission stage itself without hearing the petitioner and there are serious consequences arising from the impugned order.

In view of the aforesaid, we consider appropriate that the petitioner should file an

appropriate application for recall of the impugned order so that the Court bestow its consideration in the matter after hearing the petitioner who was party to the proceedings.

Liberty is granted to file such application within a week.

Till such consideration, the impugned order will not be given effect to.

The special leave petitions stand disposed of accordingly.

Pending applications stand disposed of.
