For Respondent(s) Ms. Swarupama Chaturvedi, AAG Mr. Sunny Choudhary, AOR

UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, we are of the view that the High Court is wrong in the impugned order in rejecting bail to the petitioner. We have seen from the record that most of the co-accused who have active roles has been let out on bail. The petitioner's role is based on as many as 70 calls being made. Given the fact that the other co-accused who are more actively involved in the crime have got bail, the petitioner is granted bail, subject to the usual conditions to be imposed by the trial Court.

The Special Leave Petition stands disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. Digitally signed by R Natarajan Date: 2020.09.10 17:14:50 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified
