UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1 The High Court having granted bail by its judgment 9 March 2022, after the previous order of remand by this Court and having considered the impugned judgment, we are of the view that it would not be appropriate to exercise the jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution. However, it is clarified that the observations in the impugned judgment of the High Court are only confined to the issue of bail and shall have no bearing on the criminal trial nor shall they be taken into consideration in any other proceedings by the trial court or the High Court.
