Respondent No. 3 in C.A. Nos. 2398/2011 and 24000/2011 and respondent No. 6 in C.A. No. 2399/2011 are duly represented.

Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 in C.A. Nos. 2398/2011 and 2400/2011 and Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 in C.A. No. 2399/2011 have been served, but there is no appearance on their behalf.

A report has been received from the High Court in respect of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in C.A. Nos. 2398-2400/2011 to the effect that the said respondents have vacated the premises. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner to furnish spare copies along with fresh and complete address within two weeks' time. Thereafter, notice be issued.
