UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The petitioner State is directed to intimate to the respondent Nos.1-3, 7, 9-11, 13-16, 18, 20, 24-28, 32-38, 40-45, 48, 49, 51,54, 59-61, 63, 64, 68-70, 72-74, 77-79, 81-88 and 90-96 as their representation is necessary in the present proceedings. Since the respondents are in the service of the petitioner State, it shall take appropriate steps by issuing a general circular to the said respondents wherever in service. In case any respondent has died or retired, such notice/circular shall be served at the address disclosed by him or her, and available in the official records.

Those who have died in the meanwhile, intimation shall be sent to the legal representatives, having regard to the family and affidavit to this effect shall be filed by the State within six weeks.
