UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Writ Petition (C)No.166/2014

The office report indicates that service of notice is complete on the sole respondent, but no one has entered appearance on his behalf. Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as and when the connected ones get ready.

Writ Petition(C) No.207/2014

Mr.Amit Sharma, Ld.counsel appears for the respondent No.6. Ld.counsel has stated that he has already filed the vakalatnama and the counter affidavit. Office shall verify the position and report accordingly. Ld.counsel for the respondent No.7 has stated that the copies of the pleadings have not been provided to him by the petitioners. Ld.counsel for the petitioners shall provide the copies of the pleadings to the Ld.counsel within a week's time and file proof. Ld.counsel shall file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks thereafter.Service of notice is complete on the other respondents, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.
