UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Service is complete on Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 5 but none has entered appearance.
Two weeks time is granted to Ld. Counsel for the appellant, to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars, to issue notice to respondent No.4.
It has been submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the appellant that no fresh address of Respondent No.4 is available and as such permission be granted to serve Respondent No.4 also through paper publication.
Let appropriate application in that regard be filed within a period of two weeks.
List again on 9.5.2025.

Ld. Counsel for appellant has filed affidavit alongwith proof of publication with regard to Respondent No.2 which is pointed out to be defective by the Registry due to the reason that the notice has been published in different newspapers of Regional language which were not mentioned in the application.
A request has been made that the same may be considered as proper publication and the service be treated as proper service. In light of the submission made above, service is treated to be proper service as another newspapers are of Regional languages, but none has entered appearance.
The matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, under the rules.

Today, it has been submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the appellant that permission be granted to serve Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 through paper publication.
Let appropriate application in the above behalf be filed within a period of two weeks.
If any such application is filed, list the matter again before this Court on 15.4.2025.
Else, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions.
