UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner says that in respect of similar acquisition made vide Notification dated 4.2.1999, the High Court had reduced the compensation to Rs.2,25,000/- per Are but in the petitioner's case the amount has been reduced to Rs.1,32,865/- per Are. The report of the Registry shows that Special Leave Petition (C) No.30395/2009 filed against the reduction of compensation to Rs.2,25,000/- per Are was dismissed by this Court on 5.1.2010. Learned counsel says that the petitioners in that case have filed review petition. - 2 - Be that as it may, as the compensation has been reduced in the case of the petitioner to Rs.1,32,865/- per Are, we feel that the issue would require consideration. Delay condoned. Leave granted.
