The matters abovementioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 28.09.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Four weeks time, as last chance, is given to the learned counsel for the petitioners to comply with the terms of the order dated 16.08.2016 of this Court in respect of respondent Nos. 19, 24, 50 and 61. Served respondents shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks. List again on 10.11.2016."

It is submitted that pursuant to court's order quoted above, fresh show cause notice was issued to respondent Nos. 19, 24, 50 and 61 on 7.10.2016 by registered AD Post. As per Track Report, bag despatched to Tosham, Meham and Badhara in respect of respondent Nos. 19, 24 and 50 respectively and Item delivered at Charkhi Dhadri HSGII of respondent No. 61.

It is further submitted that Mr. D.K. Sinha, Advocate has on 5.10.2016 filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 35 and 79 in SLP No. 9965/2016, respondent No. 34(Respondent No. 4) and SLP No. 9968/2016, respondent No. 40 (Sole respondent) in SLP No. 9970/2016, respondent Nos. 4649 (Respondent Nos. 69) in SLP No. 9971/2016 and respondent No. 59(respondent No. 7) in SLP No. 9972/2016. Copy of the same has already included in the SLP paper

books. Counsel for the respndent Nos. 12, 6, 1018, 2023, 2533, 3538, 4145, 5158, 60, 6267 has not filed counter affidavit so far. AD Card duly signed has been received back in respcect of respondent No. 39 (Sole respondent) in SLP No. 9969/2016, but no one has entered appearance so far.

Service is not Complete in respect of respondent No. 19 (Respondent No. 4) and respondent No. 24(respondent No. 9) in SLP No. 9967/2016, respondent No. 50(Respondent No. 10) in SLP No. 9971/2016 and respondent No. 61 (Respondent No. 9) in SLP No. 9972/2016.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
