"Await certificate of service from the concerned High Court in respect of the respondent Nos.8, 27, 28, 49 & 79 from the concerned Appellate Tribunal. Certificate of service from the High Court has been received in respect of the respondent Nos.11 & 34 with remarks "Office left/addressee moved" & Addressee moved/attempted unclaimed" respectively. Hence, Ld.counsel for the appellant shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the above respondents and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of NLPA to them within the same period. List the matter again on 03.02.2017."

It is submitted that Certificate of Service in respect of respondent Nos. 8, 27, 28, 49 & 79 is awaited from the Tribunal. Counsel for the appellant has not filed fresh particulars and copies of petition for issuance of fresh notice in respect of respondent Nos. 11 and Respondent No. 34 in the matter so far.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
