Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the 81 respondents on 5th December, 2014. Mr.Anirban Bhattacharya, Mr. Naveen Kumar, Mr. Jitendra Kumar, Mr. E.C.Agrawala, and Mr. N.L. A.D card duly signed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 14,18, 19,35, 54, 36, 26, 50, 66, 71, 69, 23, 25,67, 33, 59, 12, 47, 40, 8, 4, 46, 74, 63, 53, 6 and 2 have been received. Counsel for the Appellant has filed affidavit of Dasti service on behalf of the Respondents Nos. 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 36, 37, 38, 43, 44, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 54, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 68, 71, 75, 76, 78, 79, 80, 81, 67, 42, 77, 11, 15, 19 and 69.

It has further submitted that Dasti service on behalf of the Respondents Nos. 57, 74, 40, 55, 41, 56, 39, 73, 72, 70, 66, 4, 3, 5, 10, 21, 53, 27, 9, 35, 45 and 12 have been sent through Speed Post. He has also filed delivery report of dasti service, which have been sent through speed post.
